CONTEXT

TikTok’s Global Business Marketing department owns and operates numerous tentpole events throughout the year focused on engaging with the community and educating stakeholders on new products, tools, trends, and benchmarks on a regular basis.

CHALLENGES

We need to come up with fresh ways to demonstrate the ‘HOW’ behind all of our tools, launch new products, handle serious topics, and customize each of these experiences for different audiences in a manner that is both transparent and engaging.

OBJECTIVE

Reinvent the brand in various experiential design styles across one consistent framework. Leverage core brand assets essential to each event to create distinction among audiences, objectives and tones.

APPROACH

Templatize as much as possible to simplify the standard design deliverables in order to focus on custom, high-value “hero” content for greater impact.
